Spaying/Neutering: Financial Support The Maui Humane Society administers 2 programs to assist with the cost of spaying or neutering dogs and cats. The SNIP Coupon is funded through a grant from the County of Maui and is available to all Maui residents. This coupon offers the following discounts at local veterinarians. $ 50.00 of the cost of a Dog Spay, $ 25.00 of the cost of a Dog Neuter, $ 25.00 of the cost of a Cat Spay, $ 15.00 of the cost of a Cat Neuter. Please make your vet appointment then call us at 877-3680 x22 to have your coupon faxed to your vet. The SNARP program is funded strictly through donation and is available to all Maui residents. Its purpose is to provide residents whom even with the SNIP coupon can not afford to Spay /Neuter their dog or cat.
